Once a trade has been executed, broker-dealers can choose to clear trades through Automated Confirmation Transaction Service SM (ACTSM) or through Qualified Special Representative (QSR).

New subscribers are prohibited from placing any orders into Global OTC prior to finalizing the required documentation.

Fair Access Standards:

a. Applicant must be a FINRA Registered Broker-Dealer

b. Applicant must complete GOTC Subscriber Agreement
